Balloon flights and displays are weather dependent, taking place only at dusk and dawn when conditions permit.

To our prospective VENDORS:

We are thrilled you want to be a part of the annual Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Festival! During our open application period, please fill out the online application form completely and include payment information. (Applications open late-November, early-December, and close when we’ve reached our capacity for spaces.) Once your form has been submitted, you will be notified by email that it has been received. Your application is then reviewed by the committee and a final determination of acceptance will be sent via email; your payment card on file will be automatically charged upon application acceptance.
